Princeton BioMolecular offers a unique Collection of High Quality Building Blocks designed by experienced chemists to perfectly fit most demanding purposes of Medicinal Chemistry and Crop Science. Our Collection consists of 105,000 versatile reagents and core scaffolds suitable for synthesis of new chemical entities, combinatorial libraries and analogues of known biologically active compounds.

PBMR’s Off-the-Shelf Building Blocks is a special collection of highly demanded functionalized chemicals synthesized for your convenience and fast delivery. Our Stock Collection of /// chemical reagents, scaffolds and intermediates consist a wide variety of functional groups which is susceptible for further synthetic transformation. Each month our catalogue is enriched with new building blocks with correspond to the current trends in medicinal chemistry. Our Company launched the project on the synthesis of low molecular weight, highly directional sp3 enriched heterocyclic molecules with high novelty.

Every building block in the Collection is at least 95% pure, as validated by NMR and LC-MS. Analytical information is available upon request.

Tangible Building Block catalogue comprise //// diverse functionalized compounds of various chemical classes. The core structures were designed mostly basing on privileged chemotypes with good physico-chemicals parameters. The majority of our Building Blocks are novel and not available through other commercial sources.

Building Blocks from our Tangible Collection are readily available in multigram quantities through validated synthetic procedures within 3-6 weeks upon request. Re-synthesis and scale-up in weights is possible.
